Senior Product Designer with 11+ years turning dense B2B platforms into products people can use without help. Most of it at Teads, where I designed Ad Manager from the start.
I was an in-house designer at Teads, an ad tech company, designing Ad Manager, the platform advertisers use to run their own campaigns. Before, account managers created campaigns for them in an internal tool. These are results from the move to a fully self-serve, client-facing platform that I contributed to.
20% to 90%
self-serve adoption on Ad Manager
70% less managed
less account manager dependency
55% faster development
through a unified design system across 4+ engineering squads
0 → 50% of revenue
Performance campaigns from 0% to nearly half of platform revenue
Over the years I've worked on a wide range of projects. My work for B2B platforms ranged from complex data visualization dashboards to core self-serve tools like the campaign creator, creative editor, and bulk management features. Earlier in my career, at a digital agency, I designed everything from fashion commerce apps (including OutfitSwipe) to cloud infrastructure management tools.
From a wall of options to an objective-first wizard. The pattern was reused in other workflows.

I start by working out what problem needs solving and research it with users. Only then do I draw the flows and where context must carry across screens before I draw any screen.
I shipped the Creative Editor through an i-frame so it could launch without a native rebuild.
Edit in Bulk came from a developer's idea. I mapped the Excel steps users took and that became the spec.
I map journeys with AI and test ideas in Lovable before engineering starts.
I'm a Senior Product Designer who likes the structure behind a product: the flows, the logic and the decisions about what belongs where.
For nearly a decade at Teads I led the product architecture of Ad Manager, an enterprise ad tech platform used by major brands and agencies. It was built to move Teads from managed campaigns, run by account managers, to fully self-serve, so the business could grow into new markets like CTV, performance clients and a wider range of creative styles.
I work with PMs and engineers from the first sketch. I also founded the first design system at Teads, with 30+ components used by 4+ squads.

"Loredana is a very competent and skilled Product Designer with whom I had the pleasure to work with on a complex and innovative project at Teads. I appreciated her Systems Thinking approach: she has a way of understanding sophisticated interactions, potentially conflicting requirements and their impact on users."
